Waitlist for Chiltern House - PM session!

R and I decided that being on #41 on the AM waitlist will not get us anywhere.
So we made the bold move to change Ai Ai to the PM waitlist.
This would be a really BIG change for Ai Ai as she is basically an early bird, usually waking up at about 630am, hence requiring her noon nap at about 1230noon.
Chiltern PM class would be 2pm to 530pm, and schoolbus uncle would probably need to pick her up around 130pm.
Let's hope this Gina Ford baby would be able to sleep through 12hrs by the time she is 3, so she can skip her noon nap totally (according to Gina Ford schedule).

She's now #3 for the PM session waitlist, provided she fulfils 2 terms of JG classes :)

I cannot tell you how excited I was when I received your sms to enquire about the school bus earlier. I was in the midst of a business lunch and yet couldn't resist sending you a quick reply.

Our kids could be in the same class next year!! Please make sure you are Number 3 at least!!!

Lin,
I sure hope Soph will be a good GF baby :)

viv,
Oops, sorry to have disturbed your biz lunch... paiseh, but lunch is about the only time I am free to send SMS and do my phonecalls.

Yes, I hope our kids will be in the same class :)

Just need some reassurance from you regarding Chiltern House Halifax:
- is it a very "rich kid school"?
- what do you think of their Chinese standard?

our kids will be in the same class cos there will only be one class of N1 next year. they can only accommodate 7 classes in total at halifax. and this year, only 1 K1 class graduating. that is also why N1 waitlist is so long for 2010.

- Not really. Have a good mix in Bishan, TPY and Balestier area. Don't worry

- CHinese not bad. Quite professional way of teaching. Linette shd be able to comment more ; )

YM,

Xi is #87 in AM class and #25 in PM class at East Coast branch. Haha... Think no chance already unless enrol her for another term of JG. U have enrolled Sophie for JG class?

Jas,
I heard from lady in charge of enrolment that the East Coast branch has the longest queue, so it's true!

Wow, #87 and even #25 is quite a long way to go. I don't know how their system works, but I am afraid that if the kid doesn't get into N1, then at N2, may have to start queueing from below again? It's good that they allow you to queue in both AM and PM sessions! I had to gove up my AM session waitlist to join the PM session for Halifax.

Anyway, Xi only previously completed 1 term of JG yeah? If you still have time before you go to China, why not do another term of JG, then with 2 terms, you'll move higher up the queue?
